The Sculpting Facial
From the moment you lie back, this treatment becomes a deeply restorative experience for both your skin and nervous system. Every detail is personalised and just as your needs may differ with every visit, no two facials are ever the same.
Drawing on Laura’s advanced training, she intuitively combines sculpting and fascia releasing massage, Gua Sha and Facial cupping techniques, as well as Celluma LED Light Therapy to suit your skin’s unique needs, with Reiki (a Japanese therapeutic energy practice) incorporated when requested or recommended. Expect lifted contours, improved tone and a radiant, rejuvenated cpmplexion.
Choose between the signature Sculpting Facial treatment (90 minutes) for a full transformative experience, or the Express version (50 minutes), for those with fewer skin concerns or seeking a quick luminous boost. Each treatment is completely bespoke, designed around your individual skin needs and energy on the day. Men’s Bespoke Facial
A facial treatment specifically designed for male clients looking for time out from daily stress and adapted to suit a variety of male skin needs. Be it dry, rough textured, sensitised and irritated skin, or overly oily and acneic skin, your treatment will be tailored to your needs. Cleanse, exfoliation, flowing tension releasing and depuffing massage for head, neck, shoulder jaw and face, as well as techniques to target dark eye circles if necessary. Followed by a face mask and energy balancing Reiki therapy to ease you deeper into relaxation. The ultimate men’s treatment for pressing the Timeout button! For teeth grinders and tension headache sufferers it is recommended to add on Buccal Massage if you book the 60 min option.

TMJ Relief
This treatment is solely focused on supporting clients who suffer from TMJ (Jaw muscle tension). It combines Buccal/Intra-Oral massage (performed within the mouth) with tension releasing massage for shoulders, neck, jaw and scalp, to relieve pain and aid comfort.
Not suitable for clients with dental issues, very sensitive gum conditions. Please wait 4-6 weeks after injectables or advanced skin treatments.

Thai Herbal Facial Poultice
Used for centuries by families and therapists throughout Thailand, Thai Herbal Poultice is incredibly effective at treating various conditions for both skin and body, such as reducing puffiness by aiding effective lymphatic drainage and removing waste, reducing under-eye dark circles, softening fine lines and wrinkles, stimulating circulation and boosting circulation, as well as reducing muscle tension related issues, such as TMJ and headaches, and is also effective for relieving sinus pressure. Laura will work using Royal Thai Massage on specific acupressure points to release stagnant energy and will finish with Thai Wai Massage to increase energy flow, sculpt the face contours and aid effective lymph drainage and circulation.

An intra-oral massage that focuses on gently breaking down muscle and skin tissue tension, which benefits clients in many ways such as, reduced tension headaches, jaw tension, as well as reduced puffiness and sinus tension, due to improved lymphatic drainage. Well-being treatments
Celluma Light Therapy
LED Light Therapy is the application of precise wavelengths of light energy to the skin tissue and muscles (Near Infra-Red only) benefiting a variety of skin concerns and conditions, as well as muscle pain. Originating from research conducted by NASA, LED light has since been used to gain impressive results for treating skin concerns such as acne, fine lines and wrinkles, reducing inflammation and pain. Laura works with the industry leading, FDA approved Celluma device, working with Blue, Red and Near-Infra-Red light to ensure her clients receive optimal results without the skin’s cells being compromised.
In a Face LED Light Therapy treatment, Laura will cleanse the skin and then the 30 minute treatment will begin. You can either choose to receive Crystal Reiki Therapy or a Hand and Arm massage during this time.
A Body LED Light Therapy treatment can be used to treat back or chest acne, scarring, inflamed and sore muscles, Arthritis, and recent wounds or surgery. Laura will select the appropriate LED wavelengths to treat the concern.
If you wish to listen to deeply relaxing Delta and Theta Binaural beats during the treatment, please bring bluetooth headphones with you.

Crystal Reiki Therapy
Experience traditional Reiki Therapy combined with the powerful healing energy of crystals to aid stress relief, anxiety and physical pain. These two practices work together to clear stagnant energy within both the physical body and subtle body energy in the auric field. Restore balance and feelings of health and well-being.
